| Abstract: | The article argues that to maximize the business effect of workplace learning, engaging non-learning clients from the businesses outside or within the firm in all the most important stages of the learning value chain is a significant contributor to success for learning and development(L&D) organizations. Four suggestions on how to engage professionals and leaders in learning activities are presented. |
