Abstract: | The status quo of the power market in Shenzhen is as follows: The load of large backbone power plants is seriously insufficient. The payment system for the newly added users has restricted the development of the power market. The state of payment for electricity in living quarters is undesirable. The classification of electricity prices is too complex and management system chaotic. In view of these problems, Shenzhen should perfect Baoan and Longgang power grids, reform the present payment system for the newly added users (such a fee can be merged into electricity prices) and the existing system of electricity prices, simplify the classification of electricity prices and set new basic electricity prices. Reforming the power supply system, however, is the final choice of standardizing power market. |
