| Abstract: | We should establish and insist on the new sustained economic development concept and adopt a correct attitude towards the relationship between economics and social development, put forward a set of rational, standard and unified social development targets, make clear the objects of social development and define it scientifically. We should bring the problems of social development into the orbit of the national macroscopic readjustment and control system, make a detailed study of the big problems of social development, such as population, resident income, social security, environmental protection, urbanization, cultural progress, and democracy and legality etc. and establish scientific management system and operational mechanism of social development. |
