Abstract: | If we really explore the downside of gossip - especially in the workplace - we will recognize that gossip needs to be kept to a minimum. As much as possible, we need to create an office in which the focus is not on who did what to whom, but on the job that needs to be done. We may not be able to eliminate gossip from the office, totally but we can make sure the workplace is one that encourages upbeat, productive conversations. |
