| Abstract: | At present, the private economy in China has been developed progressively. But it is not equal to say that the historical position and role of the private economy in the primary period of socialism have been resolved. Especially, the policy sets and legislation for development of private economy have not got the states real confirmation. This dissociative situation is not beneficial to the private economy. The policy uncertainty is due to some theoretical obstacles. |
