| Abstract: | The individual and private economy are concentrated in the coastal areas/mountainous areas with abundant basic conditions, the trades structure tends to more reasonable, and the scale expands day by day, the organizational style is mainly of solely funded one or of partnership, the personal quality has made a certain improvement. But the increasing speed of economy still cannot suit the needs of the development of productive forces. Suggestions: to propagate the effects of individual/private enterprises on developing productive forces, in order to create a favorable circumstance for their development; to regulate the tax policy, simplifying the formalities for examination and approval, clearing the difficulties of individual/private enterprises, and strengthening the guidance for those enterprises. |
