Abstract:The external scale economy can be divided to two types, regional economy and unbanizational economy. That various industries gather in a metropolis contributes to forming knowledge overflowing effects because under such circumstances there are convenient traffic and transport, a great number of educational labour forces and specially qualified technicians, and high level services of all kinds. No obvious internal scale economy exists in the fashion clothing. From designing to manufacturing, fashion clothes will undergo a long-term process of production and management. Since fashion clothes are absolutely fashional products with personality of high degree, the fashion clothing typically is suitable to concentrate in large cities so to establish metropolis industries of external scale economy.
