| Abstract: | Non-public economy is an important part of the socialist market economy. It's necessary to encourage and help urban and rural collective economy of various forms to diversify the public ownership. Under the preconditions that the controllability and the competitiveness of state owned economy get strengthened, the proportion and distribution of the state economy should be readjusted and the operating lines of state-economy should be adequately contracted so as to enable the state economy to play a better guiding role .The readjustment of ownership will not only be an important part of the economic structure readjustment but will also greatly promote the readjustment. |
