To attain this potentially difficult objective requires total management commitment, a willingness to revamp the corporate culture, dedication of resources patience, and a realistic set of measurable expectations. To implement entrepreneurial thinking, today's managers need to recognize newly developing strategies assess the corporation's climate for readiness, and reinforce behavior with effective rewards. |
