| Abstract: | Scottish TV and Film Council decided to support young film-makers. The scheme runs for three years distributing 40 000 pounds a year. From the 80 applicants 35 were awarded; projects included a wide range from documentary to drama. The best film will be shown on Scottish TV as well as in festivals at home and abroad. |
