| Abstract: | In just eight short years, Digital Audio Broadcasting has progressed from largely unproven theories through practical experimentation, to field trials and international standardization. So evident are the potential benefits of the new medium, for both broadcasters and their listeners, that a number of EBU members are now planning to start terrestrial DAB services well in advance of the launch dates envisaged for satellite services. |
