| Abstract: | In the course of blazing a new trail by the enterprise, the general outlook is that the saving of labor force is greater than that saving of funds. Marx and the economists in the West such as Keynes and Freedoman had discussed the unemployment problem in the course of blazing a new trail. In the case of China, the unemployment trap is deeper than that of other countries in blazing a new trail. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a scientific strategy in enterprise reforming, with products innovation, technological innovation. The principal method for realizing this strategy is to create more entities, more jobs, while technical innovation. |
