| Abstract: | In line with the objective demand of the socialist market economy of huge market, great circulation and grand commerce, the reform of the commercial system should be deepened in the following aspects: to further push commercial enterprises to the market; to quicken the pace of fostering and developing a commodity market system; to quickly transform the functions of the government and administrative departments of commercial enterprises; to make supply and marketing cooperatives the mainstay of the socialized service system for agriculture; and to deepen the reform of the system of grain buying and seedling. |
