| Abstract: | Statistics reform first all needs establishment of new statistics ideas. It includes: industrial ideas, production and service ideas, statistics demand ideas, statistics "legal person" ideas, ideas of time effect and relative accuracy, and ideas authoritativeness of collation of historical materials. The author also discusses the establishment of a new statistics system and concrete contents of the reform of the statistics management system. |
