Abstract:Efficiency and justice should be taken into consideration in resource allocation, which is a problem that should be solved in the current marketing reform. But China is faced with more and more complicated problems, including: contradictions of reform and development coordination; contradictions of giving full play to the role of the market mechanism and strengthening the functions of the country's economy; contradictions of equal competition between the main position of public ownership and economies of other ownerships and their coexistence, and etc. The contradictions are decided by the special environment and background of China's reform.
