| Abstract: | Resuming China's contracting party status of in GATT will bring about the following influences upon its import trade: complying with the principle of equity in rights and obligations, China's import system need to be made a fairly adjustment; the domestic market of consumer goods and production mean goods in China will be broken up by simplifying the formalities of import license. We should make relevant adjustments in system of import management, custom tariff and market access etc. |
