| Abstract: | The main contents of reforms are as follows: To implement controllable RMB floating exchange rate system, establish complete legal system for foreign trade, pursue correct policy to encourage export, authorize enterprises to have the right to the foreign trade management, carry out share-holding system in enterprises, constitute the enterprises in bloc, set up social medium service system, the chambers of commerce on import & export coordinate and guide the management activities of enterprises in foreign trade, unify the policy of foreign trade, heighten the transparency of policy. |
