| Abstract: | The protective barriers in China's trade with the European Community are bilateral quotas in textile product trade, various protective measure in agriculture products trade, unilateral quota to China commodities worked out by member states of the European Community and the lawsuit and arbitration awards of anti-dumping cases in the protective region of the European Community. The total amount of capital related to this kind of cases reached more than USD 2 millions and has the tend to increase. |
