| Abstract: | The goals of HR are inseparable from the goals of the HRIS. Therefore, changes occurring in the workplace, such as new employment relationships, work process restructuring and global diversity, are changing the role of the HRIS. To adapt to these changes and succeed in the years ahead, HRIS managers now need new and improved competencies. |
