| Abstract: | A report by the IPM shows that the take-up of annualised hours is increasing. The report aims to review the extent and effectiveness of annual hours working in the UK. It takes into account the practical aspects of introducing the system and includes the results of what is, perhaps, the most comprehensive survey ever carried out on the subject. The experience of two companies is dealt with in more details. |
