| Abstract: | The first important point is that there is a surprising amount of similarity between an individual and an organisation. The second point is that change may no longer be the real issue. Development is a more accurate description of the processes that the author is trying to facilitate. By the development he means the ability to move forward in life, to make progress, to evolve, unfold or express more of one's potential. |
