| Abstract: | To solve the contradictions and problems we are confronted with in the course of establishing market economic system, we should also have the aid of the macro readjustment and control taken by the country besides giving play to the adjusting role of market mechanism. Only when both are connected organically, can the problem of significant proportional relationship in national economy be settled and the establishment and development of market economy be promoted. |
