| Abstract: | In 1993, a series of legal documents such as the "Company law of PRC", "Law of anti-unjust competition of PRC", "Law of safeguard consumer's rights and interests of PRC", and "Law of product quality of PRC" have been examined and approved by the National People's Congress. A legislative guiding ideology that sets a goal of establishing a socialist market economic system was formed. Then formed the basic frame of the legal system of socialist market economy. the local legislation has made a conspicuous progress as well. |
