| Abstract: | Cooperation between different regions should be strengthened. The economic development should be guided to more rational direction. Cooperations in capital, market and technology should be strengthened. Construction of projects on basic facilities such as energy, transportation and communication should be developed. The economic zones in Pearl River Delta and south Fujian province should focus on the cooperation and development of technology intensive and capital intensive strategic industries with Hong Kong and Taiwan. The combination of developing high- tech industry and renovating traditional industry with high-tech will make Hong Kong, Pearl River Delta and south Fujian province a new industry zone. |
