| Abstract: | The dematerialization of securities will executed through Clearing - Deposition Society and depends mainly on the organization and rules of transactions and/or ensuring services of this society.The subject of the dematerialization is in the fulfillment of obligations of the business done by securities, by the transfer to the securities account of the participants (members) of the Clearing - Deposition Society and the transfer to the current accounts on the basis of the finding, calculation and balance of obligation from the business concluded by securities.The dematerialization of securities is thus only the last link in the process of activities performed on the securities market, where clear legal rules, binding for all the participants, are necessary for each activity. |
