| Abstract: | The paper includes the presentation of legislative work in the field of labour law, the reasons for changes and preferential tasks for the preparation of individual legal projects.Within this framework two laws from the area of collective labour law are presented, which have been adopted before (the law of participation of workers in management and the law of representativity of trade unions) and the bill of collective agreements.In the area of individual labour law the dilemmas, arising with the preparation of the new law of labour relations are emphasized.The second part of the material is devoted to guaranteeing legal security of workers and the supervision over the exercise of labour legislation and safety at work. |
