| Abstract: | Share-holding is a effective means for enterprises to collect money. It has also the function of streamlining property right relations and interest relations of the state-owned assets. And it will strengthen the external binding of the enterprise and make the enterprise more competent. But if it takes the dominant position in the transformation of operation mechanism of the state-owned enterprise, it can not fit the nature of China's economic relations and interest relations and thus will not result in great achievement. |
