| Abstract: | Many corporate leaders have been reorganizing their companies, but few have approached the process as systematically as P. Allaire has. Since becoming chairman and CEO of Xerox in 1990, he has redirected the company's strategy and led a fundamental redesign of what he calls the organizational architecture.
