| Abstract: | There are three trains of thought for the system of state property right. Of them, the a little bit typical one is the division of ownership and management. Besides, there exists share-holding system and perfecting the management system of state assets. The concrete practices should be as follows: choosing some of the industrial departments and public utilities which are closely related to our national economic lifelines and those which are orienting the development of our social economy and implementing state ownership and state management in them. Those minor-important industries and the large scale enterprises should be put under the charge of some super enterprises groups. |
