| Abstract: | Some consideration on further development of real estate industry. At present the development of real estate industry has slopped from its peak to adjustment. That is the need for the real estate industry to become orderly from the state of confusion and also the need for the industry to adopt itself to large environment of our national economy. As a real estate enterprise it should calmly analyze the present situation and make necessary adjustment. Making adjustment does not simply mean reducing development plans, but adjusting the regional space, time and items of investment. |
