| Abstract: | If state-commercial banks carry enterprise management to a new stage, it must realize assets and liabilities management. The principle adhered by formulating the outline of assets and liabilities management of state- commercial bank, is that: sources of fund restricts disposition of fund; structure of assets fit in with the deadline of liabilities and its cost; asset movement, safeness and benefit and policy are in perfect harmony; whether or not assets and liabilities management is feasible in action. |
