| Abstract: | The guideline of establishment of the quota system for the evaluation of economic benefits of industrial enterprises is to establish a quota system for the evaluation of economic benefits of industrial enterprises that forms a complete set with the production and management mechanism of modern industrial enterprises, and serves the management and policy-making of enterprises as well as the State's macro- control by starting with fulfillment of needs of the market economy system. Basic principles include completeness, inclusiveness and applicability. |
