| Abstract: | The corporate property right of an enterprise is the legal right of eminent domain of an enterprise to all the property of the legal person. It is one as well as the most important one of the civil rights enjoyed by an enterprise independently under the law. The legal person of an enterprise shall exercise his property right in accordance with the law or the organizational regulations of the enterprise. The enterprise shall exercise its various corporate property rights, safeguard rights and interests of investors, and bring about an incessant increment of the enterprise's property by the law. |
