| Abstract: | Main problems of the wage system of China's enterprises can be summarized as: 1. the rigid management system, overlapping departments, working inefficiency; 2. outdated management; 3. nonexistence of the wage-restricting mechanism, 4, coexistence of wide gaps in wages and equalization, strikingly unfair social distribution; 5. distribution procedures in disorder, frequent random payment in violation of financial regulations; 6. the irrational structure of incomes of workers with too high a proportion of subsidies. |
