| Abstract: | In 1994, China s stock market went through a big rise and a big full and so some policies had to be adopted to save the stock market. But the state treasury bonds market still remained hot. China s stock market has the following operational characteristics and trends: Its formation is the product of China s capital structure moving from suppress towards turning capital into securities; The management of supply and demand is strongly influenced by planning economy; Investors earned a high level of consensus, and stock market is highly sensitive to policies. It is estimated that China s stock market began to enter adjustment stage from 1995 and will enter mature stage before 2000. |
