| Abstract: | In this article the authors discuss a framework which many management consultants, managers and organisational developers have found useful. It was specifically developed as a simple diagnostic tool to help both experienced and novice consultants working in organisations. It is of particular value in finding out quickly what is wrong and how to avoid a similar problem in future. Organisational behavior and management consultancy are such complex fields that the more you learn, the more options for action open up. |
