| Abstract: | During the handling of the cases related to enterprises' bankruptcy, it was found that creditors' rights and interests had been infringed, which was so serious that it would endanger the whole socioeconomic order. The concrete measures to perfect laws and regulations on bankruptcy are 1. strengthening the function of creditor conferences; 2. reforming the forming mode of the term for settlement; 3. making reasonable regulations on the definition and settlement of assets of bankrupt enterprises; 4. finding out who is to blame for violating Bankruptcy Law and punishing those who commit crimes by taking the advantage of enterprises' bankruptcy; 5. gradually restricting the scope of dissolution of responsibility for bankruptcy. |
