| Abstract: | For the transnational operation of China's financial industry, there still exist such problems as unclear property right relations, less knowledge of international practices, disconnection with the development of the industrial and trade transnational corporations and lack of high quality persons dealing with the international financial industry's business. The realistic policies and strategies are as fallows: enhancing cognition, strengthening supervision and management, and the inherent inspiring mechanism, speeding up the merger of financial and industrial capital, accelerating the process of electronization, improving service means, and having a financial contingent which is competent at transnational operation. |
