| Abstract: | The following suggestions are put forward concerning further expansion of exports to Latin-American markets: (1)to establish a scientific, rational and effective anti-dumping mechanism as soon as possible and organize enterprises in active response to lawsuit, (2)to expand the scope of loans and encourage the export of mechanical and electric products and other staple products, (3)to encourage enterprises to invest and open factories in Latin-America and start the assembly, processing of supplied parts and materials as well as the production and processing with local materials, (4)to improve information service and make full use of trade opportunities, (5)to combine import with export and utilize effectively the superiorities in import. |
