| Abstract: | In this article, a detailed summary of an ISO-9000 implementation in a company in the paperboard and applied products industry is presented. The company was introduced to ISO during a supplier appreciation meeting. The article follows the company through ISO education and implementation, highlighting the learning process along the way, including stumbling blocks. A detailed flowchart of the process outlines future action plans. |
