| Abstract: | Business process reengineering is a management technique for radically improving or transforming the performance of a company. This article explains business process reengineering as comprised of two essential activites. The first is defining the operation of a company in terms of a formal system of business processes. The second is analyzing and reviewing each process, so the company's overall performance can be improved. |
