Abstract:One major objective of Keyness heuristic model is to resolve the classical dichotomy between money and production by showing that "money enters into the economic scheme in an essential and peculiar manner Evolution is a disturbance of existing structures and more like a series of explosions than a gentle, though incessant transformation. "Cooperative" economy is distinct from an "entrepreneur" economy. ln an "entrepreneur" economy there can be many virtual equilibria, which can be characterized by different degrees of involuntary unemployment. The role of expectations in the GENERAL THEORY has always been a source of difficulty for interpreters. The uniformity of average expectations of economic agents, assumed by the hypothesis of rational expectations, may be undersood as a common adherence to a conventiona1 interpretation of reality which is codified in a relevant model.
