Abstract: | The inflation has been caused mainly by too high rate of investment and weak macro control. To control inflation, the following measures should be taken: 1.doing away with the view that inflation is beneficial and setting the objective that the focus of the monetary reform of the central bank is to stabilize currency; 2.increasing the effective supply of farm and sideline products; 3.optimizing the structure of investment and realizing the maximum of investment returns by adjusting the direction of investment; 4.strictly controlling financial deficits; 5.curbing inflation by controlling and guiding consumption funds; 6.optimizing the structure of state-owned enterprises; 7.taking measures to eliminate the negative influence of inflation stimulated by non-economic factors. |
