| Abstract: | At present, overseas enterprises have merged Chinese enterprises by the means of directly putting financial capital into them and making them foreign-invested enterprises with foreign businessmen having absolute right of controlling. The countermeasures against their mergers and legal supervision are as follows: establishing and perfecting China's system for competition, forming a more perfect system of laws and regulations on the merger of enterprises, according overseas-invested enterprises the same treatment as Chinese enterprises gradually, strengthening the guidance of industrial policy and formulating "Catalog of the State's Guiding Foreign Investment" and "Industrial Policy Law", unifying the laws on Overseas-Invested Enterprises and dealing well with the matters like making the above laws. |
