| Abstract: | Shenzhen urban cooperative bank is a local commercial bank practicing share-holding system. It has developed on the basis of the original 16 urban cooperative hanks whose property rights have been redefined. Its registered capital has reached 1.8 billion yuan RMB. Its establishment will not only lead to the adjustment of various economic interests relations among the banking sector, hut exert significant influence on perfecting Shenzhen's financial organizational system, introducing competition mechanism and promoting the transformation from specialized hanks to commercial banks. |
