| Abstract: | Mr. Jiang Yiwei is an initiator and practitioner of economic reform. His theory on economic reform, especially on enterprises with originality has important significance to the reform and development of China's enterprises. His theory on enterprises was originally put forward in the name of: On Enterprises as Basic Units" and later he produced "On Staff and Workers as Mainbody", "On Twice Distribution according to Work" and "On Economic Democracy" He thinks that enterprises should adopt the principle of being independent in management, assuming sole responsibility for their profits and losses, self-development and self restriction. |
