| Abstract: | In foreign countries, there are also industrial and commercial administrations similar to China's. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the industrial and commercial administrations both at home and abroad in terms of organs, functions and principles. Compared with the foreign countries', China's industrial and commercial administration has the following advantages: China's industrial commercial administration is the sole responsibility of a comprehensive economic supervisory administrative unit and comprise, an important part of the system of the state's indirect macro regulation and control. For China's industrial and commercial administration undertaking, an integrated socialist administrative system with unique characteristics has basically formed. |
