| Abstract: | The dealing rooms of the world have been wired for years. When the rest of the world is discovering the Internet, dealers the world over go into the office at 7 am and read the news on their Reuters, Bloomberg or Telerate screen. The suppliers of technology to the most valuable information market in the world are spending large amounts of money developing new methods of using data. Hardware and systems companies are developing new ways of transmitting and displaying data; a number of small softare houses are workin to develop new ways of viewing data. |
