| Abstract: | The principal business of enterprises is a beneficial attempt made to improve the operation and management of assets under the condition that the present property right system is not changed fundamentally. It provides a steadier form for optimizing the allocation of social resources. To perfect the principal business of enterprises as soon as possible, we should pay attention to the following: 1. popularizing it to remove the barriers in concepts, 2. depending on various intermediary organizations, people to people and overseas investment institutions and enterprises with better returns rather than on the state's finance, 3. combining with the establishment of the modern enterprise system, 4. creating a good policy and management environment, 5. standardizing the operational procedure. |
