| Abstract: | Practice shows that assets-re-organisation is one of the short cuts of invigorating state-owned economy and enterprises. Undergoing a period of preparation, it is about to enter a period of high tide. Being the important link in the course of assets reorganisation, consultants for financing or intermediates have played an important role in reorganisation or purchase and merger. At present, China's market is still under developed. Assets re- organisation can not be conducted through market until buyers, sellers and intermediates all are developed somewhat. The state should formulate corresponding policies as soon as possible to quicken the pace of assets re-organisation and standardise and guide the implementation of assets reorganisation. |
